BEMA Fans Official Return Policy

BEMA Fans offers a 14-calendar-day return policy. This means you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, commencing from the verifiable date of delivery of your purchased item(s), to initiate a return request. Requests submitted outside of this 14-day window will, at the sole discretion of BEMA Fans, be declined. We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
Original Condition: The item(s) must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. This includes, but is not limited to, being unused, unworn (if applicable), and free from any signs of damage, alteration, or misuse.
Original Packaging: All original packaging, including boxes, protective materials, manuals, accessories, and any promotional items, must be intact and returned with the product(s).
Tags and Labels: Any original tags, labels, or protective films must remain attached to the item(s) as they were upon initial receipt.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or other verifiable proof of purchase from BEMA Fans must accompany the return request.
BEMA Fans reserves the right to refuse a return if the returned item(s) do not meet the aforementioned eligibility criteria. In such cases, the item(s) may be returned to the customer at their expense, or a partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion, subject to a restocking fee.
3. No Refunds Without Return
Please be advised that no refunds will be processed unless and until the eligible item(s) are physically returned to BEMA Fans and successfully inspected by our returns department. The completion of a return request and the issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) does not constitute a promise of a refund; rather, it authorizes the shipment of the product back to us for evaluation.
4. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, you must follow the precise procedure outlined below:
Submission of Request: All return requests must be submitted exclusively through our dedicated customer support portal on the BEMA Fans website. Please navigate to the "Support" or "Contact Us" section and select the option for "Return Request."
Required Information: Your return request must include the following information:
Your full name
Order number
Date of purchase
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return (e.g., damaged, defective, wrong item, change of mind)
Any relevant supporting documentation or photographs, if applicable (e.g., for damaged or defective items).
No Returns by Other Means: Return requests submitted via email, phone, social media, or any other method not specified herein will not be processed.
5. Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions
Approval of Request: Upon receipt of your completed return request, BEMA Fans' customer support team will review the information provided. If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).
Return Address: The specific return address will be provided to you only upon the approval of your return request. Do not ship any items back to BEMA Fans without a valid RMA number and the designated return address. BEMA Fans will not be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses or without prior authorization.
Shipping Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on the part of BEMA Fans (e.g., incorrect item shipped, item demonstrably defective upon arrival), the customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with return shipping, including but not limited to, shipping fees, insurance, and any customs duties or taxes that may apply. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection, as BEMA Fans is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Inspection and Refund Processing
Return Inspection: Once the returned item(s) are received by BEMA Fans, they will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality control team to verify their condition and eligibility for a refund, in accordance with the criteria outlined in Section 2.
Refund Issuance: If the returned item(s) pass inspection and are deemed eligible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow for a period of 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees: BEMA Fans reserves the right to issue a partial refund or impose a restocking fee, at its sole discretion, for items that are returned in a condition that deviates from their original state, are missing parts or packaging, or are returned outside the stipulated 14-day window but still accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may be designated as final sale and non-returnable. Such designations will be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase. Examples may include, but are not limited to, personalized items, , customized products, gift cards, or items sold as "final sale."
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify BEMA Fans within 72 hours of delivery. Please follow the return request procedure outlined in Section 4 and provide clear photographs or video evidence of the damage or defect. BEMA Fans will review the evidence and, if confirmed, will provide instructions for return or replacement at our expense.
8. Changes to This Policy
